Launch Excellence is a blended learning programme and typically culminates in a 3 day in-class session. This allows us to combine plenary sessions and exercises with our bespoke Simpact simulation, a highly detailed business simulation based on a case study derived from an actual product launch within the pharmaceutical industry.

As with all of our blended learning courses, the Strategic Marketing course is delivered using a combination of e-learning modules, in-class face-to-face training and our bespoke Simpact business simulation, allowing participants to practice their skills as they learn.
The course covers subjects such as Pricing, Finance & Alternative Business Models, as well as Innovation, Market Expansion Strategies & Strategic Negotiation. Each module is comprised of a mix of theory and practical examples and have been written by industry experts in their fields.
